Andy Novins

Andy’s background includes being a CPA specializing in income taxes and banking at one of the two largest international accounting firms, being the Treasurer of a metropolitan New York City bank, and being a business owner who sold his branded consumer goods business to a Fortune 500 company, which Warren Buffett’s company, Berkshire Hathaway has since purchased.

Andy’s experience gives him an in-depth understanding and expertise in banking, lending, income taxes, statistics, marketing, strategic pricing, and the awesome power of data. He has a passion for the art of negotiation. That’s because throughout his career he has had to negotiate in a variety of complex situations.

Andy understands that being a skilled negotiator is one of the primary values a Realtor can bring to the table. Good deals don’t just happen. Finding creative and collaborative solutions to differences is almost always possible!

Andy has invested successfully in multi-family and single-family residential income properties for years. He is uniquely qualified, as a former practicing CPA, to advise his clients on its benefits.

Heather Reis

Heather has over 10 years of experience as a Realtor. She’s focused her practice on working with rental income property investors, helping them buy, sell, find qualified tenants, and deal with leasing issues.

Heather’s ability to connect with clients while building trust in the relationship makes her stand out as a true real estate professional. Heather has twenty five years of previous experience in the very competitive field of pharmaceutical and medical sales. Teaching physicians how to help their patients and improve their practices was her expertise. Heather has been able to transfer her consultative approach from helping physicians to helping clients achieve their goals, by guiding them through every step of the process.

Heather has embraced the Novins and Street philosophy by focusing on the Falls Church market.  She previews properties as they come to market and makes sure to collaborate with the team to find just the right fit for her clients.  

 

Crystal Street

Crystal’s passion and enthusiasm for helping her clients find the right home, or sell their current home, begins with her ability to listen and understand her clients’ wants, needs, and objectives. She spent 13 years working for two Fortune 500 companies, first as a recruiter, then as a corporate communications manager.

Her experience in finding the right fit for her candidates, and negotiating employment contracts is a perfect match for negotiating great deals for her clients.

She has gone from helping candidates find their dream job - to helping her clients find their dream home.

Crystal’s experience as a corporate communications manager has contributed to her special talent in developing outstanding working relationships with her clients and with the agents on the opposite side of her transactions. Those strong relationships with other agents are often the reason her client’s offers are selected when they are competing against multiple offers.

Michelle Alonso

Michelle worked as a teacher and school counselor for 10 years before becoming a military spouse and mother. Her husband’s 24-year Coast Guard career meant moving 8 times, and every move meant making their new house a home. It didn’t take long for Michelle to realize she had both a talent and passion for staging. And that getting a house ready for sale was fun!

After her family settled here, Michelle received her ASP staging certification and worked as a stager for several years with one of the premier local staging companies. This year, after becoming an “empty nester,” Michelle accepted our offer to join Novins & Street to work exclusively with our clients.

Michelle understands the stress people face when getting their home ready for sale. Our goal is for her to help eliminate that stress.  For any of our clients who would like her help, Michelle is available, at no cost, for consultation and/or to stage vacant or occupied homes.
