The purpose of this memo is to document the exceptional work of Andy Novins in executing every aspect of the prep for and technical sale of our home at 3016 Aspen Lane in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood.
We had spoken with Andy about selling our house for a number of years. Finally, in October 2021, we decided to execute. We sat down with him and laid out a plan that would have the house on the market at the end of February/early March.
We cleared out of the house by the end of January and took residence in our Airstream trailer. The crew that Andy recommended, following the guidance of Andy and the stager, did a terrific job of getting the house in tip-top shape. The floor and rug cleaners were next, followed by a very thorough cleaning - all teams recommended by Andy. At the end of February, the stager did her magic and a landscaping team polished up the yard. On 2 March, 2022 our home was ready for the market.
Andy did a thorough strategic study of the neighborhood and recommended what we considered a generous listing price. We approved it.
Andy did a masterful job of working with the buyer’s agents and we ended up selling our home for much, much more than expected. That increased revenue was all Andy’s doing. Of course, we were delighted.
Closing was smooth and uneventful, in fact, we were traveling when the paperwork was signed and money transferred.

Andy Novins represents himself as the neighborhood expert, but he is so much more than that! He usually works as a seller’s agent, but agreed to help us purchase our first home.
